Night shift? Nothing interesting. It's just that I have colds and my throat is sooo sore. I blame it on my screwed body clock!!!
Anyway, I submitted my UK Visa application today. Hope to hear from them within the week since I am qualified for fast-track application.

Night Shift Part II
So cheers to my second day on night shift!
Had another chance to hit off the gym today but for some reason, I almost fainted. Haha how embarrassing! But I am fine now. I just feel a little sleepy.
Toodles. Must concentrate with test execution so I'd be able to go home by 6 AM. :)
PS There's this very interesting guy at the gym today. Haha, I don't know his name.

Night Shift
Wow it's my second official night shift. Our project has to meet a deadline so we had to do round the clock testing. At least now I am not alone. And hooray there's still air conditioning here in the office.
And finally I had the chance to go to the gym prior to my shift. Hopefully I would be able to say goodbye to my freaking leg dimples.

cs briefing
So today was the interview briefing with ITCAN. The company has received consistent awards these past three years. I was just not attentive enough to remember everything. Well then, I guess the company is stable and credible. Stupid me for thinking that I'm digging my own grave for choosing it.
My interview was rescheduled to Monday 10:00 AM. Man, I'd have to come in late for work then. Or worse skip work if it's too late. That sucks. I hope it's worth it though. And there's one funny thing that happened today.. my team lead was also in the briefing. HAHA damn he caught me, and I caught him.
I feel sad for >. The clients were even wondering why a lot of > employees join in the hiring drives. What's up with that huh?! Gawd!!
Hmm what else? Non-work.. I visited another derma today to get a second opinion on my girl problems. Man P400 consulation fee sucks. Maybe I should have just gotten a facial and a free consultation instead of paying for just the consultation fee. It's hard to be a girl and to look prim and proper all the time. Damn bacnes and chicken skins. And I missed their 50% off laser promo. Hope there's a second round of promos in the coming days.

to singapore or not
Geee first entry was posted three months ago. This blog's a quarterly thing. @_@
Anyhoot, this Sunday I am scheduled for a face to face interview with CS, a European based company. They have an office in Singapore and the employers flew this weekend to personally meet the applicants. Man, I tell you, this is a one in a million shot of a life time. But if ever I'll pass this, I'll be the luckiest person alive! Why? Coz this year's pretty eventful. First was the UK vacation, then the US onshore assignment then the promotion. I am crossing my fingers.
Alright no more time for these blah blahs. Need to review my rusty testing skills.

Day 11 - Jose
Today, I had a hotdog sandwich at Potbelly's. I'm glad I finished eating it during lunch break. It's embarrassing to have leftovers. I don't want my office buddies to think that I have an eating disorder or something. My body still can't handle American food. It's so much for one seating! And I can't believe that it's been 10 days since the last time I had rice in my system. I am craving for Filipino food. I am craving for RICE!!!
Anyway, I found out that one of the hotel employees here is actually a Filipino. I knew it! The first time I saw him, I already had a feeling that he is Pinoy. Since I've been isolating myself from the outside world, I did not have the guts to confirm it only today. And his name is Jose. He thought that I was from Vietnam. Ooh do I look like a Saigon whore?! I like Miss Saigon but I did not expect that I look like a Vietnamese. On the side: watch out for the Saigon whore story in the coming days.
I miss the Philippines but I think I'm starting to like it here.
So far, the greatest realization for this trip is that I should learn how to drive! This whole suburb immersion ALMOST made me nuts.

I have to admit though that I'm waiting for his email... I miss him. :(
